If you don't know what these are....shame on you. Actually I can't believe I've waited til now to make one! It's flannel, thread, and rice. Pretty easy! I used long grain white rice. Then when you have an "owie" you warm it in the microwave for 2 minutes.

Have you ever tried corn bags??? I like them so much better than rice bags. I think the rice bags stink when you heat them up - but the corn bags smell ike popcorn when you heat them up....MMMM :) We (Shawn and I....yes, Shawn helped me sew - YAY for him) made a bunch one year for Christmas presents for family and friends. They are easy to make and make neat gifts!!!
