It's not perfect, but I will admit, it's adorable. And easy as pie. You'll need two 18inch x 2 1/2 inch pieces of fabric. This fabric was remnant! CHEAP!
I sewed pretty ends together on 3 sides, turned it insideout and sew the last end.
You'll need 2 hair ties, looped together, and then make a fold on the end of the fabric with the hair tie, and sew the end. TA DA!
