Breakfast Quesadillas

These are totally yummy, and very healthy.
Ingredients:
Whole Wheat Tortillas
Baby Spinach leaves
1 tomatoe, cut
1 yellow onion, chopped
9 eggs
Lots of cheese
Black pepper

Mix all ingredients in a bowl, minus the cheese, scramble away. When your eggs are almost done set aside.

Place the ingredients into a whole wheat tortilla on a hot pan, sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Fold over and grill.

I enjoy them with fat free sour cream and salsa. Then you enjoy!
